Q: Do I need to book in advance?
Once you've done an assessment, you do not need to prebook daycare, just drop off between our opening times, Monday to Friday. Boarding bookings are required, especially during School Holidays and High Season periods (Easter Weekend & Dec 18 to Jan 10) to ensure availability.

Q: What do I need to bring for my pet's stay?
Please bring your pet's most recent vaccination records if you haven't sent it to us in advance, any medication if required, own food if preferred, and ensure they have a secure collar with an identification tag. Please be advised that providing your own food is an additional cost during High Season periods (Easter Weekend & Dec 18 to Jan 10). For dogs, we feed Lamb & Rice biscuits with raw food also available for purchase on site. For cats, we feed Chicken & Rice biscuits and a variety of wet food. We do provide all bedding and blankets, and do not recommend bringing your own bedding unless for Orthopedic reasons due to risk of damage and/or loss of property. All bedding is washed regularly. We do not accept own bedding at all during High Season periods.

Q: What vaccinations are required?
All dogs must be current on Vanguard 5, Leptoguard & Canine Cough. All cats must have Felocell 3 or 4. FIV is recommended. If current vaccinations cannot be provided upon drop off you must sign a vaccination waiver.

Q: What does a day look like in the kennels and how often are dogs exercised?
All animals are fed breakfast in the morning, dogs are then out mixing in a supervised controlled environment with selected suitable companions and only go back to their kennels for a midday nap, then back out mixing until dinner/bed time. Additionally, you can book an adventure walk for extra exercise which is done in the morning. Cats are out in a supervised communal area unless kennelled for specific reasons.

Q: Can I tour the facility?
You can come visit us to speak with reception in person only but we do not take the public through the dog areas for health & safety reasons, also to minimise the disruption to the dogs and their comfortability. However, there is a viewing window in reception that you can see into one of our dog rooms. You can tour the Catteries with a staff member with an appointment only. Visitations are open between 10am-1pm, Monday to Friday.

Q: My dog is not desexed, do you still accept them?
We do accept entire dogs, both male & female on a case by case basis. They must have an assessment day first so we can ensure their behaviour is still suitable, and we must be advised a bitch's last season. Entire dogs are mixed appropriately. There is an additional $10 daily surcharge for entire dogs boarding with us that are 10 months and older. We do not accept entire cats.
